Enchantment Table

Enchantment Tables are used to enchant items. If bookshelves are placed one block away from the enchantment table and are bordering it, you will get the best enchantment. You must be at least level 30 to obtain the best enchantment. Every enchantment has a certain ID. In single player, the player gains access to the /enchant command if they have "Cheats" enabled. The /enchant command works like this:

You must have the item you wish to enchant in your hand and enter the following code: /enchant <player's name> <ID> <1 or 2>

This is a list of the ID numbers:

Armor Enchantments:

0 - Protection 1 - Fire Protection 2 - Feather Falling 3 - Blast Protection 4 - Projectile Protection 5 - Respiration 6 - Aqua Affinity

Sword Enchantments:

16 - Sharpness 17 - Smite 18 - Bane of Arthropods 19 - Knockback 20 - Fire Aspect 21 - Looting

Tool Enchantments:
